Help !! Can I Apply For Gc For Parents With Mine Through Employer ?

My employer plans to apply for a Green Card for me & spouse. My parents are in India & have never visited US. Is there a provision by which I can have my employer apply for a GC for my parents as well togather with me as my parents are also my dependents same way as my spouse.

Would appreciate any one who knows or has been through this to advice.

If they were your dependents, they would live with you...

You can not get a GC for your parents until you become a citizen. Your employer can not file for them as your dependents.

Your employer is only sponsoring you. Your wife will get her GC only because she is your spouse. Your parents cannot derive that benefit. They will need to wait until you become a US citizen.
