HELP----AP required if H1 is valid?

Dear Gurus,
I received my EAD but Advance Parole is pending. My H1 is valid till Dec2005 and working for the same company. I am traveling to India this month. DO I NEED AD? Looking forward for a sincere advice. I may cancel my visit if there is any risk involved.

---- IF you have valid H1B Visa stamp in passport no need to use AP just show your passport Visa and enter

----IF H1 visa valid till 2005 in Passport no need of AP, enter with H1Visa
 
Go ahead and enjoy there is no problem

You can travel if your visa is valid only until June but your H1B is valid until December 2005.
In case so, Please do remember to show your H1B papers so that he will give the validity of your I-94 until December 2005. Otherwise he will stamp your I-94 with the validity date on your Visa.

URGENT HELP

Dear Gurus,
Today I learned that my my AP was mailed 05March but haven't received yet while I have plans to travel over the weekend. Please advice should I wait for AP or go ahead and travel without AP? Please reply asap. Thanks in advance.:confused:
 
I am not a "Senior Member",anyways..

Simple, if you plan to enter using your AP you obviously need to wait for your AP . If you plan to use your H1 visa to enter, you can leave right now.
 
My H1B is valid for another one and half year and I have EAD and AD now. Should I use H1B or EAD? Please advice.

I'm not a Senior Member either, but you can pick either one. You might be better off using the H-1 if you have the stamp.
