You cannot apply for a Visit visa for anyone. Your mother needs to apply, by filing a DS-156 with the consulate. She'll need extensive proof of ties to her home country.

She must apply for it, not you. Your permanent presence in the US makes it more difficult for her to get a tourist visa, because your presence is a major potential reason for her to stay in the US. The less that the US govt sees you involved, the better.

I hope she has siblings or (preferably) other children or substantial assets in Pakistan, otherwise it's going to be really difficult for her to get the visa.

Once you become a citizen, you can file for a green card for her.

Chances of a GC holder's single parent getting a B2 is rather less unless he/she has extensive ties and other childern living in home country.

One more thing hope you guys assit me ... i just check the link JACKO post here so can i apply online for here or she need to apply from Pakistan ? and She have strong extensive proof . my whole family and sisters live there and my one sister live with my mom ...

She needs to go to the embassy or consulate in whichever city she lives in Pakistan and apply. Check online for the requirements.

you can give it a shot.but IMO, don't waste your money. even with no relatives in the US, success rate is already very low but now with your presencce in the US and a GC. It will make it even harder to obtain a tourist visa.
