Height Question

This is a bit embarrassing but I am going through the N-400 application and notice the 'Height' question. Well, on my driver's license my height is about 3 inches more than my actual height (it takes into account when I am wearing my shoes :D).

Should I mention the height from my DL and bring it up during the interview?

Mention the actual height in the N-400. Don't bring up the discrepancy at the interview unless the IO specifically asks about it.

In the meantime, if you have time, see if you can correct the hight info in your driver's license (call the DMV and ask them how long such a correction takes). In many states, like Illinois, it takes a single visit to the DMV to get a corrected DL and they'll hand you a new one right then and there. In some other states, like California, they mail a driver's license and it could take a couple of months (in which case I would not try to do that before the interview).

A 3 inch height discrepancy isn't anything to worry about. Now if you disclosed you were a male on application, but on drivers license it says female then you might have a problem at interview. ;)

On a lighter note, it is well known that men lie about their length and women lie about their carat size. :- )
