The USCIS instructed the Reentry Permit should be sent to either the Phoenix or Dallas address. But actually, the USCIS notified by the email the Reentry Permit was received and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center. Is it normal or the application of Reentry Permit should be directly sent to the Nebraska Service Center?
