Dear All,
I have not received Oath Letter after being successful in the interview on 07/08 for TX center/ KY state. Who do I need to contact? Any Advice?![]()
Amitabh,
Where did you interview? Dallas?
Please post your timeline as well.
I am in the same situation and am quite distressed. Talked to my lawyer and all she could say was to contact the Senator/Congressman etc. I think that is unwarranted at this time but I do wish there were a way to check the status of the application etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Apparently you traded 19 days for more than a month (and counting) of delay.
The fact that JaBhai was 2 days short of 5 years does not necessarily correlate to the long delay. In other words, having interview before anniversary date does not automatically mean it will take longer to adjudicate your case than if you had your interview done after anniversary date.Rushing things not always helps. Specially for those who literally count days for 5 years minus 90 days formula and end up with this.
