Have bad experience... just wanted to share

Dear All,

I have a very bad experience with CONCEPT SOFTWARE AND SERVICES INC (main recruiters are chhaya@concept-inc.com , ravi@concept-inc.com, kunal@concept-inc.com). its a consultancy firm based Atlanta. I got H1 stamped through them and the story begins from there only. I didn't have any bond with company. But these people are so rude, they tried to scrue up my career and personal life as well.

They asked me to resign from my job and travel to USA. I did. but after leaving the job, they said I need to wait for 1 month to travel and i waited for 2 months instead without job. then again they said it will take 2-3 more months or else u can search for a job in India. I was so frustrated and decided not to go with these cheaters..fortunately I got a gud job and i was happily doing gud. Then these Concept people hired a Recovery agency and now they are threatening me and family to pay them 15k $ or else they will send rude guys to my home and go in totally illegeal way. its totally like GUNDAGARDI also they have so many police cases against them....

I am totally shocked with this. This is to benefit all who are thinking to join them or willing to travel through them even I heard that they will make ur life hell in US, and threaten u in all ways. I dont know how these people are surviving in business. They are in consultancy business and they dont get money from putting cadidates on project but they try to get money from threatening all people and family to earn money... So this is my humble suggestion think hundreds and thousands times before going ahead with these people. Still I am stuggling and thinking for solution of this, hope I am helping some of you in some ways. Let me know if you have any suggestion for this to handle.

Why don’t you lodge police complain against them in India? You should also write to all the US consulates in India. all the US consulate have email and fax. Write the full details to US consulates.
 
Did you get any solution?.. My ex-coworker is also in the same situation, he told. he's being threatened by these people. you mentioned that they have cases against them. can u tell me where it is?

but this is abs. illegal, i can tell you. this is crime. i don't know how they have been left free so far.

--------------your friend should take the action against them should not depend on others if they have taken action or not.
They are committing crime with DOL and USCIS and candidates. How they can send Recovery agency or goondas? If they send why don’t you take action against them ?Gonndas are to be treated by goondagiri and not by Gandhigiri. If you are not taking any action don’t think somebody will take action for you. Stand up and teach them lesson. Write letters to DOL, USCIS and inform all the US consulates in India by email, Fax or letter. Write letter to your police station, registrar the complaint against the company and the “ recovery agents” if local police don’t care write to your SP or Commoner of police, go to local or national News paper office or contact the journalists or correspondents. Take action against them and these criminals should be punished and the shop in US need to be closed.

Thats really frustrating and pathetic story, and we need to teach them a lesson, we can't let it happen, and followers also struggle like this. I am in same situation with those guys, and ofcourse taking actions against them, Not sure like us how many are there more ? it will be good if we can talk about it, so that i can get some directions from you, to come out of this problem. I was about to go to police but after 2-3 phone calls i didn't get anything from there end. when they called and started using bad language, i warned them that i ll go to police and try to ban and blacklist them in all ways. And after that i didnt recieve anything. So i am just waiting for the time being and if at all i get any threaten from them i ll lodge a complain in police and infrom to USCIS and all others. So if any one is having such experience then my suggestion is not to get scared by any means of threaten, instead, fight and use ur rights. Even its comp's responsibility to bear the cost of H1 and travel also full pay from day 1. if they are not doing this then it is the first illegal step from that comp. And you can freely lodge a complain against them in this regard.

I am also in the same situation with this company. Do you know anybody who got placed through them in 2008 batch?
