Has a current H1B Application and will apply for a L1

I have a current H1B application from another employer and it is now approved when I checked it online but I haven't gone into visa stamping yet.

Now, my present employer will now apply for a L1 visa because they will be sending me to US next year.

Would there be any conflicts?
