Dear Sir,
I would like to get some advice please. I am currently working at a US university and am on a H-1B approved visa status. I was previously married to a US citizen and had the initial 2yr Permanent resident card and A# issued. We then got divorced and I returned the PR card. I am now married to another US citizen and am applying through the I485 form for adjustment of status to perm resident again. My question is if I should be using my old A# when filling in the forms or not? Should I just use my present I-94# on any forms and leave the A# blank until I am issued a new one?
Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.
Sincerely,
Orso
