H4 visa

Hello, I am visiting india for my marriage in feb. I have to attend for my H1B visa in chennai. My problem is that my fiancee is a resident of pune and she has a pune passport. So where exactly she should appear for her H4 visa ( Chennai or Mumbai ). Please help me providing with some information. I appreciate ur help in this.

I think you can do it Chennai also. My friend is from Chennai and he married a Mumbai girl last month. She had a Mumbai passport and they applied for her H4 in Chennai.
