H4 visa stamping and H1 approval pending

Hi Gurus,

I am currently working in US on a H1 visa. My wife is in her home country and she applied for a H4 visa and would be going for her H4 stamping this week. Since she also has professional work exp and qualification, a company has filed for a H1 visa. She seems to have got through the lottery and has received her LIN number. She wishes to travel on H4 and join me immediately and she once has her H1 approved she wants to work. I have a few questions.

1. Now if she gets her H4 visa stamping, would this cause any complications for her H1 visa?
2. Also is there any time frame before she should travel on her H4 visa so that her H1 petition process is not affected?
3. If she gets her H1 petition approved can she start working immediately or does she have to go to her home country and get the H1 stamping before starting to work? I heard from someone of a amendment procedure, so that she can start working without getting H1 visa stamped.

- She has H1 stamp and enter the US with it.
- Must be after approved H1 start date.
