Hi,
My wife is planning to appear H4 Visa in chennia consulate.
What r the documents to be submitted?

** My Case is i came in H4 99 while my wife was in H1B1.
** Currently i'm in H1B1 and i dont have H1B1 Stamping in PP.
** my wife is outside the country cos 6 yrs of H1B1 is expired.
** What r the documents required for H4 visa.

Procedure for H4 stamping in a third country

Hi all,

Could some one please inform me about the procedure involved in getting a H4 visa from a third country (F1 to H4). I would like to know how to initiate the process of 3rd country stamping and how to get an interview at US consulates in Canada or Mexico.

Any other related information like the list of documents needed would also be great.
