H4 Visa Question

Hello - I had a couple of questions regarding my daughter's H4 visa
I have filed for I485 EB3 and we both have EAD's. I applied for her EAD as I wanted to get her an SSN; our H1/H4 visas are valid till March 2011.

  1. When she goes to College in 2011 can she study on H4 visa or do I have to apply for an F1 visa for her?
  2. She is on H4 can I apply for her License after she clears her driving test - she has a learner's permit right now.
  3. Till how long can she be on H4 visa - is their an age limit?
  4. Till what age is her I 485 application valid - with the unavailability or retrogression of dates for EB3 - not sure if I will get the GC even in 3/4 years.:confused:

She does not need F1, can study on H4. I think a lot also depends on whether you guys are using EAD's to work (adjustee status) or still in H status.
She can also get a Driver's licence. (Almost any legal alien of age can)
Don't know about other questions.
 
Thanks for the quick answer. I am still using my H1 she used her EAD to get her SSN and to work part time at a store on the weekend.
