H4 Visa Question-very Urent Please Help!-ASAP

My wife going to chennai consulate for h4 stamping this month and my passport H1 stamping i have old company-A visa until 2006 but from last 8 month i am working company-b now and i have valid 797 everything for company -B..

if she is going for h4 stamping they will ask QUESTION why your husband didn't get stamp for new company-B
.. this will make any problem..

please try to help me if you can AS soon as possible

In my opinion, this should not be an issue, anyway, one of the many possible answers can be, " Since my spouse's H1 stamp is still valid till 2006, he did not get the new H1 stamped."

Remember, you do not need to stamp H1 just for the fact that the sponsring employer has changed. If your H1 stamp is valid, even though from a previous employer, all you need to show is that you have a current H1 approval from your present employer.

Hi Ram,

When is your family attending interview and at which consulate?
My family got appointment for H4 visa in 1st week of February. Please update the interview experience once done.
