h4 visa problem

I recently applied for h4 visa for my wife who in India. Chennai US consulate has sent the papers back asking for additional documentation. Some of the documentation says:

1) ORIGINAL i-129 petition for Non-immigrant worker.

I do not have original i-129 and when i asked my company about it. They said have original and they have sent it to INS. I am not sure what to do? do I send only copy of it ??

2) Photos of principal applicant's workplace in United States.

I am a consultant and currently working for a client. Do I need to send the photographs of my Consulatant company or Client place ? Do I need to be in the photos ?

Has anyone encountered this problem before and got visa late?

Any help will be appreciated ??

1. Ask lawyer to Certify the copy of I129
2. Photo of your employer's office. Client is not your employer

Hi Jaxen,

I'm also planning to apply H4 for my wife in India(Chennai consulate) next month.Hence,do you recommend to submit my I-129(i.e certified) and workplace pictures along with the other required documents? or it must be submitted only upon the US consulate's request?
