H4 visa issues Needs your help

Hi,

I have got my H1B stamping done and not yet visited to USA. I am still in india. I am planning to get marry soon. My question is that is it possible for me to get a H4 visa for my wife and take her along with me? Or i should go to USA first and work for sometime before i sponser my wife with the H4 visa.

Please clarify.

YES
