H4 Visa Interview Documents - help required

Hi,

I changed my status from F1 to H1 this month.My wife is attending her H4 visa interview next month.

Besides the documents mentioned at consulate website, do we need additional documents like lease agreements etc? Since I have just got H1, I just have pay stubs but not IRS form 1040 and W2s as mentioned in the website. Is that ok?

Do I need to submit any of my F1 documents also?

Do you mean contract between you and employer? Would not hurt. Paystubs are essential.

I actually meant apartment lease and other documents. People keep telling that different documents are required other than those mentioned in the website. So it would be most helpful if somebody could give the list of those other documents.
