Hey guys,

I am here in US on H4 visa and i would like to transfer to F1 visa as i will be turning 21 in couple of months. All my family members are here, so how can I prove to the immigration that I am just here for study and do not intent to live here permanently.

Plz help me this guys
 
If you are already in US and want to change your status from H4 to F1, there will be no proof required about your immigrant intention. You can change to F1 without any problem, you have to have I 20 and prrof of finance.
You have valid reason of aging out in H4 and now want to go to F1. However if you go out of US and trying to get your F1 multipe visa stamped then you may be denied yur F1 visa.
So do not go out with your F1 until your parents get their GC.
