H4 to H1 conversion

Hello All,

I am currently on H4 visa and a company has applied for my H1 visa. I am planning to continue on the H4 status and not take the H1B. If my H1 is approved as COS, then does that mean i will no longer be on H4 and i need to reconvert to H4 status. also, is there a way to withdraw my H1 Application?

also, is there a way to withdraw my H1 Application?
You can withdraw the H1 petition, but no refund of any fees paid to USCIS
