h4 to h1 conversion issue

My visa was expired on June 15th, 2003. But my wife has got
job offer in the June 1st week and company start
premium processing for her(converting h4 to h1) in june 1 st week. We got WAC number before June 15th. I am
changing my status to H4. She didn't get her VISA
approval yet. Will we go to our home country for visa
stamping as soon as we get approval or should we saty
back and do stamping whenever we need to.

It is going to be close, Especially your case is the problem, as you have to wait till h4 approval (premium processing might not apply to h4)...
