H4 Staping in India

Hi,

Here I am writing about my case.

My VISA/H1 both got expired on first week of Januray/2003. I have applied for both H1 and H4 extention on first week of November/2002.
I got both the approvals for H1 and H4 on second week of Feb/2003. My wife(H4), she went to india on second week of DEc/2002.
I sent my 0riginal I-797 for revalidation to St-louis. Now my question is , what are the documents that I need to send it to India for my wife stamping.
Can I send H4 approval copy(approved I-539 application) and photo copy of my approval copy(I-797) to get stamping for my wife in India.

I presume that your wife has a H4 visa stamp in the passport, then the docs you listed are ok. Sometimes they might ask for additional docs like LCA, letter from employer, I129 app copy etc..
