H4 Stamping

Hi,
My wife is in India now and she will be coming back to USA on Jan end.
Her H4 visa is getting expired around Mid Jan. I renewed MY H1 in USA and my question is :
If I send my new H1 approval notice and other documents from my employer, is that enough for her to get H4 visa? Because I DIDNOT get her H4 visa renewed with mine here in USA.Hope my question is clear. Please let me know asap.

If you have your approval, send it to her so that she can get her H4 extended at her home country.
However, to answer your question, by showing the H1 approval (or copy) she can enter since she will be in status when she enters US again and she has enough proof that she will not be out of status even after expiry.
