H4 refused on grounds 214(b)

Hi

My husband was refused H4 under section 214(b) from the delhi consulate.

What should I do? Has anybody gone thru the same situation? Has anybody approached the congressmen? Will that help?

I thought Hand L visas were the only dual intent visas.

What should we do? I am so confused. Why are they trying to foce H1's to go back to their country after we go thru the peril of getting one.

----- talk to your lawyer H4 is dual has Dual intent H, L O P visa have dual Intent and the dependent Visa will also have dual intent, it seems mistake on par of Visa officer let your lawyer write a letter to consulate he will explain the INA dual intent section
