I am on H1-B Status.
Currently My wife is visiting india, We both have our visa valid till May-05.
I am planning to change my employer this month.
will my Wife have any issues re entering back
----- no problem if she has Valid H4 Visa stamped in her passport and you are on H1 status. If your wife reaches US before you change employer then you can also file her H4 extension with your H1 transfer so that you and she both will have new I-94 attched with approval notices with same expiry date ( by law it is NOT must that you file her H4 with your H1 transfer, make sure that you dont forget in future to file her H4 extension before her H4 or I-94 expires if she is not in US at the time of your H1 transfer filing or you dont want to file her H4 extension now as she is in India)
*** if your H1 Transfer gets approved before she reaches US, send her your H1 transfer approval notice and then at POE she can show YOUR new H1 transfer approval and she will get I-94 till the validity of your H1 transfer in that situation she will have I-94 till your H1 transfer approval .
