H4 query for kids

H4 query

Dear ALL,

My brother and his wife both tried to get their H1 B Visa stamped in their passports in the american consulate in India.
They raised a query for his passport but for his wife there was no query and so she got it stamped first . Later after he answered the query he also got his passport stamped.

They planned to bring their son who is 3 years old along with them.
Recently when his wife tried to get H4 stamping for their son.
They had put a query asking for a NOC (no objection certificate) from
her husband and paystubs for 4 months.

As for NOC, it is not a problem. But, for the paystubs?
they can't as they are yet to start to U.S.

So what is the best way to get their sons H4 stamping.
1. should their son wait in india until they arrange for the paystubs ?
2. One of my friend suggested to keep paystubs from india (they work for a different company in india).
3. Or do they have any other means.

------- if your friend is still in India how he can have paystubs???? you need to inform the consulate that your friend has not started working in US and Pay stubs from US employer can be only generated if he works in US
