H4 Processing and Travel to India (Please advice)

Hi

I was working for Company "A" and I had my H1 and my wife's H4 visa valid until Jan 2003. Then we applied for extention and we got H1, H4 extension until jan 2005.

In October i changed employer and my new employer "B" applied for H1 through premium processing and got it in a week. But for my wife, H4 is still in processing (I was told, there is no premium process for H4)

Now, is that OK for my wife to travel to India, while her new H4 is in processing?

She is valid H4 until jan 2005 from my old employer.

-----If she has valid H4 stamp in her passport till 2005 she can enter US if she does not have valid Visa stamp in passport she can get H4 visa stamped in India based on your recent H1 approval notice

her passport is not stamped with H4.
our I-94 (visa) was expired on jan2003, and applied for extension and we got extension(visa) and along with that we got I-94 valid until jan 2005. BUT STAMPING IS NOT DONE.

Now i changed my employer and got new H1 transferred. But for her H4 is still in process.

Can she travel now to india?
