H4, name change leading to new passport and travel question.

Hi,

I am on a H4 visa and my visa is valid until october 2003. I changed my last name (because of marraige) and got a new passport in the US. But my visa is in my old passport. My question is can I go to a third country (not my home country) for a vacation and reenter without any problems.
