H4 Madras Processing Time

Need some info:

I will be applying for H4 next month in feb 2003, after my marriage. I have a couple of questions :

1. This is being very common question and been posted in many websites, but i would like to know - what are the documents needed for H4? And which are originals and which are true copies? Need any notarised documents?
2. Whats the usual time it requires to get H4 stamped ? I mean how many days does consulate takes to process it. Lets say if i send on monday from tts services in hyd to madras consulate, when can i expect it back?

I would greatly appreciate, if somebody got the H4 from madras consulate thru TTS service, would reply at the earliest.

ttsvisas.com or the chennai consulate site has the list. Make sure that you get an original letter from your spouse's company about the marriage and you applying for H4.
Passport, marriage certificate, other proof of marraige (photos, invitations..), spouse paystubs/w-2, DDs, photo. Download application forms from those sites and go prepared.
SPouse: passport copy, including all visa stamps, H1 approval notice copy all preferably certified.
