I came out to the US on an L2 visa, that was switched to H4 when my husband changed companies. About a month after the visa change, legislation allowed L2 visa holders to apply for an EAD.
Will there be further changes to allow H4 depenants to also obtain an EAD ? It seems unfair to allow one set of dependants to work and not another.....
