h4/...I-94 mismatch...

hi.......I got my H4 visa alongwith my spouse in 2001.The length of the visa stamped in my passport was till 2005.On entry into US.the I 94 was given till March 04(That was the date that my spouse' H1 expires) Now we have both recieved approved H1/H4 petitions with extension sdated for both tfor march 04 thru feb 07.
My question is should i send in my Passport and new I539 for revalidation alongwith my spouse'??
Will I be disqualified because of the 60 day rule as the syamp in my passport is valid till 2005.....?

-----I-539 is not sent to DOS for Visa revalidation it is DS156
Will I be disqualified because of the 60 day rule as the syamp in my passport is valid till 2005.....?
----- you should not send for revalidation they will not stamp the Visa if you have Visa stamp till 2005. go to below links and read:

Thanks ginnu for your reply. sent the DS-156 alongwith the Renewed I539 wich says that the h4 has been extended till 2007 and has an I-94 at the bottom valid from Mar'2004 till feb 2007.........

hope this will help clear up the confusion......Pls share your thoughts in light of these facts.Thanks on advance
