H4 holder back to USA

hello ,I am Canada citizen and TN holder , I plan to go to china for travel in June with my son ,my son is H4 (My wife is h1b holder and also Canada citizen ) ,my son is born at Canada and 8 years old now . my question is if my son need to apply a visa to go back to USA?
 
No, since your son is a Canadian citizen. All he needs is a copy of your wife's H-1 I-94, birth certificate to prove relation and ideally a copy of a recent paystub of your wife.
 
is that means no matter my son is born at another country other than Canada , he needn't to apply a visa if he is Canda citizen?
