H4-H1 can we do it in premium processing category? Jim or Jaxen please help

Hi,

I have a quick question. My wife is on H4, she got an offer from an employer and both of us are maintaining valid status. Can her H1 application be submitted in premium processing category, if so how long will it take for processing. If approved when can she start working. I greatly appreciate your help.

I907 is for H1s

irrespective of previous status. So she should be fine. She can work only after approval date and it is supposed to take less than a month for approval.

Thanks for your quick response. I read some where that premium processing take 15 days, is it true? If yes, from when is this 15 days counted the day INS receives the application in mail or from the day the EAC number is issued. Thank you very much for your help.
