H4 got WAC for H1 - can the applicant work now

I am on H4 at present. Have gotten a WAC for my H1 application.
Can I start working for my would be employer or do I have to wait until the petition is processed

--- ----NO you have just applied for H1 it is NOT approved- Wait for the H1 approval Notice and look at the H1 approval notice right side below the notice if you get extended I-94 attached then start work, if no I-94 then exist US get H1visa stamp in passport and enter on H1 status then work.
