H4 - F1 URGENT , Please help

My wife came to US on an H4 visa. She got her status converted to F1. She is planning to visit india in Jan 2006 therefore she has to get F1 stamped on her return.

Is there a risk of her F1 visa stamp getting rejected ?

If it is Chennai Consulate prepare for any eventuality.

The consulate she is going to is KOLKATA. Do you know of any such case getting rejected from Chennai ?
