A friend of mine came to US in H4 visa and later she did her Masters and converted her visa to F1. She finsihed her Masters and OPT by December 2005.
She had an offer from CA based company for H1. Her H1 was approved in June 2005. However she never joined and she had a baby in 2005. Employer has not added her to the payroll till today as she is without a job.
1. Can she convert to H4 now
2. If she converts to H4, what will happen to the H1 with the company, she can use that H1 whenever she finds a job or would that H1 be no longer valid once she change the status.
3. If she transfer the H1 to a different company, can it be doen without the paystubs.
