Good day! Please can anyone list me the required documents for extension of my h4 status. My visa and I-94 will be expiring this November 2003. What can I do?

1 Fill up the form I-539
2 Fee $ 140
3 Copy of your spouse H1 approval
4 Copy of your Spouse H1 holder valid I-94 (both the side front and back)
5 Copy of your I-94 (both the side front and back)
6.Copy of recent 2-3 pay stubs of H1 holder
7 Copy of your Passport pages that have your Passport #, Name, DOB, date of issue/ expiry, and all the pages that have INS/BCIS Stamps and all the pages that have past or valid H4 or any Visa stamps
8. Employer letter that your spouse is working on H1, job skills any salary and request for H4 extension so that H4 holder should have the same I-94 validity as derivative status( go to www.immihelp.com) you will find the sample letter( if you don’t supply that letter you will still get H4 extended because Pay stubs are proof that he/she is working on H1)
** Make a cover letter write what you are sending(Fee Check on TOP) and request for H4 extension, put all the documents in envelope send it to BCIS service center with return receipt) H4 is easy to get extended
back side of envelope write "Form I-539 for H4 Extension "in bold
My husband H1 is valid until 2005.
--- If you apply now, you will get H4 extension approval till the validity of 2005 and the attached I-94 will be till the date your spouse has, you can stay till the validity of new I-94, after H4 extension you can get H4 visa in passport in US from Department Of State by sending your Passport and paying the fee( it may take 90-100 days to get back Passport with H4 visa sticker, if you plan to visit your home country then you can get H4 visa sticker in Passport from your home country when you visit

You can re-enter US showing your spouse H1 and you will get I-94 at POE till the date your spouse has valid I-94 or till the validity of his H1 approval notice, do it before your H4 visa stamp expire, in this scenario no need for H4 extension from BCIS as you will get new I-94 with H4 status.
While you go to Canada they normally don’t ask for I-94, give your current I-94 to Canada immigration official, as you fill not face BCIS or BCBP while you enter Canada
