H4 extension...

Hi,

I'm on H4 visa(expired) with company A. Right now my husband H1B is with Company B.

Before my visa with company A got expired I applied H4 extension with COMPANY B.

But still my status is pending.Now my husband is changing his H1B to company C.

Then how should I proceed? In April 2009 i want to apply for H1B , which i can do

only with valid status.So, please let me know what to do?

Technically, H4 is not tied to employers, but tied to primary H1B. It shouldn't matter as long as H1 primary is in status and H4 is valid(or extension is pending)
