H4 extension paperwork

Hello All,

Till now m company use to take care of H4 extension but the new company no longer.

But I heard of few friends that H4 extention papaerwork is very easy and can be done without attorney;s help.

Can anybody point me to good website where forms and form filling details are provided?

go to USCIS site and have look at form I-539 and then post what you dont understand
 
Address in I-539.. Urgent

Hello All,

I am filing I-539 for my wife. In part 1 of the form, eariler attorbey use to fill their address. What address do I need to fill here?

My company immigration attorney agreed to add my H4 extesntion document of my wife and check written by me to DHS while fil;ing my H1B.

In this case, do I need to put my attorney address or my home address in I-539?

Pls let me know..

** in part 1 your wife need to give her address if not filed by lawyer, if filed through lawyer then C/O lawyer address

------------ write your wife home address if you want H4 filing reciept and approval to be sent to her address if filing through lawyer can also wrote C/o lawyer address
