H4 expired, EAD expired & New H4

I'm on H1 and my wife is in India now. she was here before and her I-485 is pending. She doesn't have a valid AP and want to bring her as H4. she had EAD in the past and worked for just one month. In the DS160 form for H4 application, one question is were you employed in the last 5 years? if the answer is yes, applicant is required to provide employment details All along she has worked only for one month. Is it ok to answer NO -she did not work?

If I answer yes, will she have any problem with H4 stamping?

Please guide me here.
