H1visa Holders - Ditch From Top Mnc's To Consultants

Hi I want to start a thread for H1 VISA HOLDERS who came from Top Indian MNC's like Wipro,TCS,CTS,Satyam etc., and shift to a DESI CONSULTANT.

Hi,

I came to US last year from a top MNC in India through H1B. I shifted to a consultant here within 3 months time. Can anyone suggest me what would be the issues that I might face in the future?ie what issues would be there if I go for Visa revalidation in chennai when i go to India?What are the precautions that I need to take?
