My name is Rohit Mansharamani and I have filed my GC Processing through your office. My Labor Application was filed as an RIR Application in California, and got cleared from State to Fed. Few days back I came to know that the case is sent back to State by the Fed to be processed again. I feel strongly against this decision. Although my employer is considerate enough and has asked me to file for GC in parallel from Delaware, but its a compromise that I do not want to Take.
As we all know that you are the Best Lawyer in the whole of United States I want you to represent my Case against the Fed. Fed should have either rejected my application or accepted it, but they have caused unnecessary delay and caused significant damage to me and my family.
Here is my view that I want you to represent against the Fed for the following indifference to H1-B visa holders in US:-[
1. Stubborn attitude of Federal Govt
Earned Billions of dollars as Taxes from H1-B workers, but provide no Benefits specially the Social Security Benefits provided to even Illegal Immigrants
The Fed has proven that H1-B are modern day slaves Captives and BONDED SKILLED LABORS brought to the country just to serve the selfish purpose of Growth of economy and when the purpose has been fulfilled are been treated as nothing more than Dirt.
2. Harassment
By causing unnecessary delays and sending applications for green card back to State means that the govt does not want to give equal chances to find an employment independently. The govt does not realize that even the Skilled Workers coming to the country are also facing recession, and are not being provided basic unemployment benefits but are being Openly Harassed Mentally.
3. Shown Discrimination by Nationality
The inhumane attitude of the Fed is causing much more damage to people than even Third world Slavery. The Asylum seekers are even better than those H1-B people who apply for green cards.
4. Denied right to Work Independently
The companies apply for green cards for the Non Immigrants because of the Hard work and dedication shown by these people other than the skill sets most desired in the Market. The govt is not just intervening in the Employer Employee relationship but also making it harder for the Employer to grow in the already slow economy.
5. Family facing Trauma
Spouse of H1-B are also not allowed to work. On H4 visa they are denied the Right To work. Is this not discrimination. The average H1-B has to support a family, and that family also faces the same trauma as the person who has filed for green card in hope of a better future. None of the H1-B families have a secure future. Most of these people own immovable property and have so many liabilities that returning to their native country means starting a new life again from level zero. How can a person be thrown off just like that? If this was their future, why were they asked to come to the country?
My understanding is that more than Half a Million people staying in California alone are a target of Racism and Discrimination for Nationality. If an action is not taken to grant an immigration status to such people, it will show America’s harshness and indifference to the people across the globe that came here for better opportunities. I appeal for a justified attitude from the Fed. H1-B workers must be provided an Immigrant Status without any delays. ]
I had a word with all my friends and they also want to come together and fight for our legal cause. Please let me know how can we proceed, and I do not have anything to loose even if I lost the case. I will gracefully return to my Native Country but at least will have the mental satisfaction that I fought for a legal cause.
Thanks
Best Regards

Mr Khanna is ready to take up my case. The trouble is the expense. It will take $15,000 just to prepare such a case, and we are not sure how much more expenses will be there once the case goes into action.
At this Hour I request all H1-B holders to come together and fight the case. If you can give us $15 per person, then even if we are 1000 people I will get a start. You can either send a check to my name or send it straight to Law Offices of Rajiv as Khanna, specifying "For Rohit's Case" payble to "Law Office of Rajiv S. Khanna" you will do a huge favour to me and all the H1-B holders under the same truma as I am.
Please also forward this email to as many friends as possible. If somebody is in same boat as I am in, please feel free to call me on my cell.
Thanks,
Best Regards,
