H1B1 Visa and Online Business

Hi,

I'm in the US on an H1B1 Visa. I own an Online Business that sells Website Traffic. I've had this since I was in my home country. What are the implications of continuing this business in the US? Do I have to pay taxes? If so are there any processes? Am I legally able to do online marketing or business with my H1B1 Visa?

As long as

U donot receive the revenue for that business here in US
and Ur SSN is not linked to this business (U said U ahd this business before coming to US) you are ok. Otherwise, you have proven intent to defraud INS and might be deported.
A guy on h1 who had applied for EAD accidentally showed his web portal (hobby) business card at POE and was immediately deported for violation of INS terms.

Is it unlawful to start a business either on line or with a physical shop while one is on h1 and doing job for some other company? Thanks in advance who is reading and will be replying.
 
As long as the

online business or physical shop is not in US or operates put of US (even a branch office) you are fine.
