Ginnu or jinakar or other gurus !!

my H1B1 is expired 6 months back and now I am applying for H1B1 extn based on my approved labor through premimum processing, If my H1B1 is approved, Will I have to leave US and get H1B1 stamping in India and work on H1B1 and legally stay in the US with the valid I-94 ??

I am in a process of cancelling my I-485 process, after my H1B1 is approved but wondering will I have to go india and get H1B1 stamping or will I can stay legally here and work on the approved H1B1 has my I-94 is expired??

You will most probably receive a h1 without I94 which means you need a stamp from a US consulate or I94 from a POE. Unless you give more details any advice here would be like taking a shot in the dark.
An attorney can give you a more specific answer.

My H1B1 extn is with Company A, for which my H1B1 expired and filed for my greencard, Now i am working for Company B on EAD and have my paychecks for the company B if my H1B1 Extn is approved how will I get H1B1 stamping to get valid I-94??, ofcourse I can go to india on advance parole and if my H1B1 is not stamped I can come back to USA on AP.But what reason I have to show to the US Consulate that I don't have paychecks for company A??

That is illegal. Don't do it.
