H1B Vs EAD

Hello ,

Here are my details.

ND 06/17/02
RD 06/19/02
FP1 08/20/02
RFE 11/25/03
RFE Recd 02/06/04

My H1B expires on 03/04/04 (six years) and have a EAD (expires on 06/30/04). Is it safe to work on EAD with H1B expired or Do I need to go for H1B extension for seventh year (My employer does not pay for H1B expenses) ?

Please shed some light.

You can work on EAD, your company needs to fill I-9 and file with them. And it is better for you to send the EAD renewal now as it is taking 4 months for approval.
