H1B visa validity at the Port of Entry

The H1B visa on my passport is for Company A and i changed my company last year to Company B and has Company B 1-797A too. I am planning to visit India in the mid of Dec and will be coming back to US in the mid of Jan 2009, while my H1B visa(company A) on my passport expires in mid of Feb 2009. my question would be,
- Can i enter US with only 20days of H1B valid visa of Company A on my passport, along with valid I-797A of Company B?

--------------------------- YES, show the valid Visa stamp AND H1 approval of new company at POE and you will get I-94 till new company H1 approval notice. Check the validity of I-94 at POE if mistake point it to officer.
