Hi,

Currently, I am working on H1 status in a company "A".I am planning to shift my job to company "B".
Can someone tell me whether or not I need any latest pay slip from my current employer to file for my transfer? Can I use my offer letter from my old employer instead of the pay slip?
Is it so that I can join my new firm once I get the receipt from INS for my transfer?

Thanks

You have to produc your latest pay stub.Is it so that I can join my new firm once I get the receipt from INS for my transfer? YES. If your H1 get rejected for some reasons, weigh the consequences . What is your Plan B?
Thanks

Hi,

What should the plan B be in such case? Should I wait till INS accepts my application?
The problem is my base pay on paystub is little less than the pay shown on paper. But the overall amount earned including my OT goes above the amount shown on paper.
Would that be an issue?
