H1B Visa re-validation

Hi All,

I am planning to get H1B visa re-validated. My previous visa ( Stamped in Toronto, canada)
expired on Jan 15, 2001. I got a new H1B approval valid until Aug 2002.
Can I send my passport to St. Louis for visa renewal?. Is it too late, since it was already
11 months since it last stamped?.

Also What are all the documents I need to send?

Since your case is still under a year you can get revalidation. DO it as soon as possible.

Please help: H1 revalidation app withdrawl from StLouis

Hi,
I had sent my passport and papers for H1 revalidation to St. Louis.
Now, I have to go to India urgently. I have sent a couple of Faxes
to withdraw and get the passport back. It has been 2 weeks now
and i have got no reply. I had sent prepaid FedEx for the return.

Could anyone tell me if there is another procedure to get the
passport back URGENTLY/QUICKLY.
