H1B Visa Extension

I applied for a visa extension and recvd a RFE which I sent in promptly. The website says that they recvd it on May 24 2005 and that it takes between 60 to 120 days to process it and that I will get a written response.

I checked the processing dates and they show that currently JUNE is being processed.

Should I be worried? Is this a sign of a denial coming?

Did you try to check the status online using the receipt number (EAC-xx-xxx-xxxxx) from the Notice of Action?

No need to worry, if you would have sent all the documents properly for that RFE

Hi,

I just want to ask. How many days will it take to process papers again after receiving RFE? It was orginally process under normal then converted to premium. On August 31, 2005 the online status shows a message, requesting for additional documents/evidences. When can we expect result after submitting all the required documents back?
