Hi all,
I have a H1B transfer application which resulted due to the partners in the company were separating.

I am working for the new company, with WAC number, but got an RFE.

my old company still holds the H1, but i started working for the new company a month ago.

Now My H1 got an RFE, the Big laundry list of 3 years of iterary etc..

leaving history aside, if My H1 transfer gets denied, can i still go back to my old company and work for them, assuming they would agree to do so? or if thats denied, do i have to go back?
 
Due to your new sponser credential problem your H1 got a RFE, actually you are supposed to work for your old company until your new h1 get approved but provision allows you to work without approval. You can definitely go back to old company provided they did not cancel your H1.

I have a question

My friend has got CGFNS certificate, IELTS certificate and now she has passed Board of Nursing Council of Virginia examination for Licensure to work as a Registered Nurse. Her passport has been stamped and given sealed envelope which should be handed over to USA air port officer, It is mentioned in that envelop. Her visa's expires on 27'december'06. She is told by her agent in India that employer who gave offer letter to work in VCU hospital, said there is no vacancy, so she can't work in that hospital. She can't enter with having visa to enter US. She wants to know whether she can enter US directly and find a job herself , with this visa. Her agent has told her that visa pettion has been filled by the employer and got her visa. Now she can't enter US.

Is it true or false. Let me know it. It is very urgent. She is planing to come to the US within this month, so please help. Kindly give detailed reply. I am expecting your reply. Thank you.
