(1) usually how long will it take to receive the receipt from BCIS after sending out the H1B transfer request?

(2) Is it safe to work after filing the application or better wait to work after receiving the receipt from BCIS?

----- better join after you get receipt from BCIS, because many lawyers say that they have sent the papers to BCIS and in reality they send late, avoid the risk
